Accessibility
QuickSeq is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.
QuickSeq (“we”, “us”) believes that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. This statement describes the accessibility features of quickseq.bio, the measures we have taken, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
In short: every page has an accessibility menu (the round button on the right edge of the screen) where you can enlarge text, switch to high contrast, highlight links, use a readable font and more. If something still isn’t working for you, email info@quickseq.bio and we’ll fix it.
We work to ensure that our website conforms, as far as reasonably practicable, to the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for internet content accessibility (based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines) at Level AA, and to the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773–2013. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we continue to improve the site over time.
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and we are actively working on the areas that do not yet fully conform (see Known limitations). This statement was last self-reviewed on the date shown above; it has not yet been audited by an external accessibility examiner.
An accessibility menu is available on every page via the round button fixed to the right edge of the screen (or by pressing Tab after the page loads). It lets you adjust the display without any add-on software:
Your choices are remembered on your device for your next visit. A “Skip to main content” link also appears when you start navigating with the keyboard.
The site is designed to work with current versions of common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) on desktop and mobile, together with their built-in assistive tools (such as screen readers, zoom and voice control). Using the most up-to-date version of your browser and assistive technology will give the best experience.
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
We are working to resolve these, and the accessibility menu can help in the meantime. If you hit a barrier, please tell us (below) and we’ll prioritise it.
QuickSeq provides its services online and by courier. We do not operate an office or service location that is open to the public, so no physical accessibility arrangements apply. If you need help sending samples or documents in a way that suits you, please contact us.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of QuickSeq. If you encounter a barrier, need information in an accessible format, or want to report a problem, please contact our accessibility coordinator:
